Portion of graphic dropping out in color separations
In some cases, complex artwork imported from Adobe Illustrator, may cause portions of a color separation to drop out. This is due to the default PostScript setting in the CorelDRAW Postscript driver.
1. Open CorelDRAW and create a graphic or line of text.
2. Click on the Print function. File/Print or Ctrl P on your keyboard.
3. Select the Device Independent PostScript File driver from the Printer drop down list.
4. Select the PostScript tab and choose PostScript 3 from the Compatibility drop down list.
5. Click on Apply.
Note: This must be done any time you install a new version of CorelDRAW.
